FURNITUREWORKS MANUFACTURING COMPANY
LIMITED LIABILITY WARRANTY
FurnitureWorks Manufacturing Company (hereinafter “FW”) warrants our products to be free of manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship under normal use in a commercial setting for a period of two (2) years from the date of the original invoice. This warranty does not apply to any item that is damaged due to misuse, negligence, improper maintenance, repair by the customer or any other party, improper cleaning or stain prevention, beverages, humidity, alteration, abuse, accident, acts of God or abnormal use. Products that are modified by others in any way are not warranted. FW does not warrant product designs submitted by third parties and is not responsible for any defects resulting from such designs. Normal softening and flattening of foam is not considered a defect. This warranty only covers workmanship and labor, and it does not apply to any COM/COL fabrics or other materials provided by the customer or any other vendors regardless of how FW used those fabrics and/or materials in the manufacture of the purchased product. The FW warranty does not apply to any damages in conjunction with shipment of any product via third-party carrier.
This warranty is your sole remedy and applies to the original purchaser only. The liability of FW under this warranty shall be limited to the repair or replacement of the warranted product or making an appropriate purchase price adjustment, at the sole discretion of FW. In no event shall FW be responsible for lost profits, loss of revenue or for any other amounts other than the repair, replacement or price adjustment determined to be adequate by FW. To obtain service under this warranty, defects must be reported to FW within the period of the warranty and a copy of the original invoice must be included for any claim to be valid. This warranty is void and unenforceable if a warranty claim is not made and adequately documented within 48 hours of discovery of the claim.
